- WordPress / WooCommerce powered functionality: These systems provide a wealth of inclusions to your online store including coupons, advanced reporting and analytics, standard / guest accounts, advanced shipping, many payment options, news, search systems, specials, the ability to sync data to other systems (like POS), product options, downloadable products and so much more with the power of WordPress addon plugins.

Design & Document
Preliminary discussion’s / quote - NO charge

Preliminary discussion / meeting:
Through a phone conversation, meeting or email we will narrow down the basics of your new project. Topics include: What do you want your website to do, how will it look and how will it operate. The more information and ideas you pass on, the more accuracy we can provide in next steps.
2.
Rough quote:
Based on our initial contact, we will email you a rough quote giving you a ballpark idea on how much you project may cost and when we can complete this. This will also include a basic write-up of the pages and systems required for your job as well as any optional layout diagrams.
Final design & documentation - Charging commences

Feedback – Amendments / Further discussion:
Charging commences from this stage. Here we make amendments to Step 2 / Step 3 if required. Otherwise we continue to Step 4.

Home page – Full colour mock-up:
The fun parts starts! Based on your discussion and optional layout diagrams we send you a full colour home page mock-up. This mock-up will be an exact replication of how your new home page could look, with example text and image(s).
5.
Further pages / systems – Full colour mock-up(s):
Providing you have more than one page, we continue with mock-ups, otherwise you move to step 7. Based on your discussion and optional layout diagrams we send you full colour mock-ups of further pages and systems. These mock-ups will be an exact replication of how your new pages could look, with example text and image(s).
Work commences
6.
Setup test website:
This is where is starts to get real! We setup a staging website and give you access to a special link where you can see your website being built (when we start coding in Step 7).

Coding and testing:
We start coding and testing your systems, databases and content. As we work through this, we will email you reports on our progress and also give you access to a special link that allows you to view and use your live website whilst it is being built.
Final tasks

Final data input / content completion:
We input final data and content.

Final testing:
Now the website is complete and fully populated with content we give it one last final test. We test for browser incompatibilities, bugs and general glitches.
10.
Completion / Go Live:
We take your website Live and do a last round of extensive testing.
11.
Final training / Documentation:
We will take you through the live website and how to use your new Content Management system (Usually handled through Virtual meetings). Depending on the complexity of your system and your learning ability we may need to arrange more than one training session (included in our pricing)
Beyond completion – How do we look after you?
The often forgotten step – After sales support!
All jobs we undertake come with 12 months of support after completion of your project. Here are a few details on what we will help you with
- Content Management System help including uploading images, downloadable files and general enquiries.
- Any bugs, problems or typos you come across. Of course these will be rare!
- Help with hosting, email, domain names (although help may be limited if you have purchased hosting or domain names via another business).
- Support to any external systems connected to your website including shipping and payment system’s, plugins, theme updates and more.
- General enquiries on anything website related!
